At Al Jassem Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with the perfume you purchased, you may return it under the following conditions:

  1. Return Period: You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

  2. Product Condition: The perfume must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused, with all accompanying items intact (such as original packaging, wrapping, invoice, etc.).

  3. Non-returnable Products: Products that have been used or show any signs of use cannot be returned.

  4. Shipping Fees: The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  5. Return Process: If your return request is accepted, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method after deducting the shipping fees.
